      首先,在考虑服务特性的基础上,界定了制造企业衍生服务业务的类型。然后,解析了制造企业选择将其服务业务外包的动因、影响因素和动态决策过程。最后,展望了未来可拓展研究的几个方向。研究发现:服务外包特征随制造企业主导逻辑的演变呈现差异化的特征;服务外包动因是降低服务提供成本与增加服务价值创造;服务提供商选择与关系治理、制造企业资源与能力、客户需求导向的技术创新,以及产品与服务相关性影响着服务外包决策过程;制造企业只有制定合理的服务外包策略,并与承接外包的服务提供商制定面向价值共创的服务外包契约,才可确保服务价值的最大化实现。
英文摘要:
      This paper defines two types of manufacturing enterprises" derivative service businesses by considering the nature of service. On this basis, it analyzes the motivation, influencing factors and dynamic decision-making process that manufacturing enterprises choose to outsource their service business. Finally, it prospects several directions for future research. The study shows that the characteristics of service outsourcing are differentiated with the evolution of manufacturing enterprise’s dominant logic. The motivation for service outsourcing is to reduce the cost of service provision and increase service value creation. Service provider selection and relationship governance, manufacturing enterprise resources and capabilities, customer demand-oriented technological innovation, as well as the relevance of product and service, affect the service outsourcing decision-making process. Manufacturing enterprises can only ensure the maximization of service value by establishing a reasonable service outsourcing strategy and developing a service outsourcing contract with the service provider.
