Through economic theoretical analysis, we have realized that resources, accumulation of material capital and human capital, technical devel- opment, scientific management, optimization and updating of economic structure, infrastructure construction and system innovation are major factors promoting economic growth, in which system innovation is the key factor. They can offer great help in understanding and instructing the economic development in China today.
