Based on the features of technological innovation in the Hi-tech enterprises, considering of the case that the Hi-tech enterprise will confront the technical risks in her maturity, this paper brings up four models of technological innovation during the mature period: independent innovation； setting up the R&D unites by the way of investment； merger and acquisition； outside contract by decomposing the R&D value chain.
