Based on the Large System Optimization theory and method,a new model for production plan of oil-and-gas company is presented.The dissolve and coordinate method is applied to solve this model.The requirement of the total optimization together with the every district optimization is realized by means of rechecking and re-changing the objective function.The solution method and the steps are given in the paper.The model application is also illustrated through a practical case.
