In order to further create a number of world-class advanced manufacturing clusters and promote major manufacturers across the world into manufacturing powers.This article takes the Yeji Wood and Bamboo Industrial Cluster in Lu'an City, Anhui Province as an example, collects data through investigation, and uses complex social network analysis methods to build the cluster network and describe the changes in network structure characteristics and their influencing factors in the evolution of the cluster.The study found that the network structure in the evolution of the cluster showed a trend of homogeneity and diversification. The promotion factor is environmental protection policy, market demand and labor, the restriction factor is human capital and R&D investment, the influences of foreign intervention investment and the preferential policies need to be improved. Therefore, the development of the cluster in the future should focus on formulating practical preferential policies,strengthening cooperation and learning among enterprises in the cluster,cultivating entrepreneurial team,and building strong human capital.
