“丝路经济带”核心区物流非均衡发展态势及其效应—以陕西省城市样本为例

    摘要:

    物流非均衡发展不利于区域经济协调。本文以“丝路经济带”核心区对陕西省城市样本为例,采用?-收敛模型、β-收敛模型和面板分位数回归方法测度了陕西省物流非均衡发展态势,并分析了其对经济增长的影响效应。研究发现:(1)关中—陕北城市间物流客运要素集聚能力非均衡发展态势的缓解速度较快,陕北—陕南城市间缓解速度较慢;陕北—陕南城市间物流货运要素集聚能力非均衡发展态势的缓解速度较快,关中—陕北城市间缓解速度较慢;关中—陕北城市间物流货运通达性非均衡发展态势缓解速度较快,而关中城市群之间的缓解速度较慢。(2)物流客运通达性非均衡态势对经济增长的抑制效应处于不断缩减状态;而物流货运要素集聚能力非均衡所产生的抑制效应最强,且缓解陕西省城市物流非均衡发展的关键在于促进物流货运要素集聚能力提高。(3)加快建设围绕“丝路经济带”的陕北、陕南区域中心城市,建设辐射北方和南方的进口出口贸易铁路枢纽中心,并加大出口贸易规模;提高陕西省城市间一级或二级公路建设规模,逐步降低高速路收费费率,才能有效促进陕西省城市物流货运要素集聚能力的提升。此外,要注重对服务业业态培养,深化产业链建设,围绕服务业核心产业拓展产业链,有助于提高运输活力,促进物流货运要素集聚能力提升。

    Abstract:

    This paper measures the unbalanced development of urban logistics in Shaanxi Province, and analyzes its external effect on economic growth. The results show that: (1) The speed of non-equilibrium development of logistics and passenger transport elements between Guanzhong and Northern Shaanxi cities is the fastest, and that between Northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi cities is the slowest; the speed of non-equilibrium development of logistics and freight elements between Northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi cities is the fastest, and that between Guanzhong and Northern Shaanxi cities is the slowest; the accessibility of logistics and freight between Guanzhong and Northern Shaanxi cities is the slowest The mitigation speed of the situation is the fastest, and that of Guanzhong urban agglomeration is the slowest. (2) the inhibitive effect of unbalanced logistics passenger transport accessibility on economic growth is in a state of continuous reduction, while the inhibitive effect of unbalanced logistics freight factor agglomeration capacity is the strongest. The key to alleviate the unbalanced development of urban logistics in Shaanxi Province lies in promoting the agglomeration ability of regional logistics elements. (3) speed up the construction of the central cities around the north and south of Shaanxi,, increase the scale of export trade; further improve the scale of the construction of the first or second-class highway, and gradually reduce the toll rate of high-speed road, so as to Effectively promote the gathering capacity of urban logistics and freight elements in Shaanxi Province. In the process of accelerating the development of service industry, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of service industry format, deepen the construction of industrial chain, and expand the industrial chain around the core industry of service industry, so as to improve the transportation vitality in Shaanxi Province and promote the gathering capacity of logistics and freight elements in Shaanxi Province.
