Abstract:In order to meet the ongoing challenges, organizations try to apply large-scale agile methodologies to their own business, so as to coordinate their own business components and resources flexibly, continuously and quickly. As an emerging interdiscipline, agile governance provides effective support for corporate strategic change, corporate competitive advantage and corporate performance in terms of organizational performance, competitiveness and sustainability. A systems analysis approach is adopted to to sort out the concept and connotation of agile governance, as well as to build a research framework for agile governance based on the analysis of its capability elements, internal and external influence factors and influence effects, so as to reflect systematically on the current researches.
