Sharing economy era, financial development is a new proposition. The characteristic of financial internet and sharing economy are interlaced and interpenetrated, therefore, internet finance is one of the industries most affected by the sharing economy. The deep penetration, comprehensive integration and re-innovation of sharing economy has put forward higher requirements for the development of Internet finance enterprises. How to develop healthy is an urgent problem to be solved. Firstly, this paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between sharing economy and Internet finance, Secondly, this paper summarizes opportunities of China's Internet financial enterprises in the era of sharing economy. Specifically, economic development has strong demand for social financing and demand-driven growth; the regulatory system has provided a systematic guarantee for the development of the sharing economy; financial management and consumption upgrade have made the industry continue to change. Finally, in order to promote the orderly development of Internet finance, this paper points out the supervision direction of the development of Internet finance in China.
