Abstract:Firstly, China''s export density of four kinds of manufactured products to seven countries in Latin America and so on were calculated to analyze the export structure of China''s manufactured products to Latin America. In order to explore the deep-seated reasons behind the export structure of China''s manufactured products to Latin America, the changes of production factors’ structure in China and seven Latin American countries were investigated to deeply analyze the factor endowment differences between China and Latin America. Secondly, the extended gravity model was built to analyze the main influencing factors of China''s merchandise exports to Latin America from the perspective of aggregation and technology structure respectively. The results show that Latin American country’s GDP, the difference in factor endowments between China and Latin America, China''s monetary freedom, and the level of China''s direct investment in Latin America all significantly promote China''s total exports to Latin America, and the effects of each influencing factor on exports of manufactured products with different types of technology are different. In order to achieve the optimizing and upgrading of China''s export trade structure to Latin America, push forward the adjustment and upgrading of China''s industrial structure, and promote faster economic development in Latin America, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
