As one of the strategic emerging industries in China, the new energy vehicle industry is promoted and supported by the government in recent years, but its industrial development is still not as expected. Through the citespace software, it is found that new energy vehicles industry has broken the existing industrial boundaries, and the scholars have gradually changed to a systematic perspective to research. Based on the analysis of the hot spots of new energy automobile and business ecosystem theory, the paper finds the convergence point between theory and industry; puts forward research prospects such as the research should be carried out from the macro level of the industry and the micro level of the core enterprises in order to complete the theoretical framework; based on the theoretical framework, focus on quantitative analysis, and then build operational evaluation index system and so on.
