Based on the theory of labor division and the method of ultra marginal analysis, this paper constructs the development model of agricultural productive service industry to improve the transaction efficiency, and uses the panel data model to test the theoretical model. It is found that the trade efficiency of commodity market, the number and scale of farmers, government subsidies and the change of farmers" labor force are four factors that affect the development of agricultural producer services. Among them, the trade efficiency of commodity market has no significant positive impact on the development of agricultural producer services to improve the trade efficiency. The distribution density of farmers, government subsidies and urbanization rate reflecting the change of farmers" labor force increase by 1%, and the development level of agricultural producer services to improve the trade efficiency will increase by 0.135, 0.955 and 2.714 respectively. Therefore, the change of farmers" labor force caused by urbanization is the most important factor to promote the development of agricultural productive services.
