Abstract:Both the demand side and the supply side are users of telemedicine, but the adoption of the demand side belongs to optional innovation-decisions, while the adoption of the supply side belongs to contingent innovation-decisions. In order to explore the differences in the influencing factors of these two kinds of innovative decisions, this meta-analysis constructs a conceptual model from three perspectives: factors shared by the demand-side and the supply-side, factors shared by demand-side, and factors shared by demand-side with 21 studies on telemedicine acceptance. The research results show that: (1) Tthe unique factors of the demand side are perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived benefits, perceived barriers and cues to action; Tthe unique factor of the supply side is top management support. (2) Tthe factors shared by the demand side and the supply side are attitude, perceived usefulness, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, (3) Compared with the supply side of telemedicine, performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence and facilitating conditions have a greater impact on the demand side.
