Abstract:Using the spatial panel Doberman model to analyze whether the minimum wage has spatial spillover effect on labor supply of rural migrant workers. It is found that the minimum wage has no spatial spillover effect on the labor supply of rural migrant workers, which mainly shows that the minimum wage has no significant spatial spillover effect on the employment of rural migrant workers, and the minimum wage has a significant negative spatial spillover effect on the working hours of rural migrant workers. The minimum wage has an inverted-U-shaped effect on the employment of female rural migrant workers, while the minimum wage has no significant effect on the employment of male rural migrant workers; the minimum wage has an inverted-U-shaped effect on the working hours of female rural migrant workers and male rural migrant workers.
