    摘要:

    以猪八戒网为研究对象,结合以往研究成果与猪八戒网调研结果,构建综合激励体系,并将管理熵理论进一步应用于众包情境下,从而测度激励体系协同激励效果。基于激励熵模型,计算测量接包绩效激励体系各维度与子指标激励正熵和负熵,从而确定各激励因素对接包绩效总激励水平的影响,以衡量接包绩效激励体系激励效果与协同程度的有效性与实用性。通过及时测度激励体系激励效果,有助于及时遏制正熵并提高激励负熵以实现总激励熵的下降,对激励盲点并动态维护激励措施的协同具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    By taking zbj.com as the research object, combined with previous research results and enterprise research results, to build a comprehensive incentive system. This paper further focuses on the research scenarios, applies the management entropy theory to crowdsourcing, and explores the effectiveness of crowdsourcing overall incentive system to the incentive of the contractor. Based on the incentive entropy model, calculate and measure the positive entropy and negative entropy of each dimension and sub index of the performance incentive system, so as to determine the impact of each incentive factor on the overall incentive level of the performance of the package, and to measure the effectiveness and practicability of the incentive effect and the degree of coordination of the performance incentive system of the package. By measuring the incentive effect of the incentive system in time, we can control the positive entropy in time and improve the negative entropy in order to reduce the total incentive entropy. It is of great significance to encourage blind spots and dynamically maintain the coordination of incentive measures.
