Abstract:This study first defines the core connotation of high-quality development, establishes a high-quality development measurement index system, and conducts a comparative study on the comprehensive index of high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta G60 science and technology innovation corridor. The research shows that since 2015, the G60 science and technology innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta has been improving year by year. The G60 science and technology innovation corridor shows a good momentum of "strong innovation and development momentum, steady progress in coordinated development, firm progress in open development, obvious effect of shared development, and stable and far-reaching intensive development". Since 2015, the high-quality development index of the three urban agglomerations has maintained an upward trend. The pace of high-quality development of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations is faster than that of Pearl River Delta. In terms of innovation driven, sharing and inclusive, the improvement of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations is faster. The speed of innovation driven, balanced coordination and green ecology of the G60 science and technology innovation corridor in Yangtze River Delta is far higher than the average speed of the three urban agglomerations, with an average annual increase of 8.16, 6.66 and 8.06 Points. G60 science and technology innovation corridor city is the most important driving force for the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta Megalopolis. The speed of promotion in the six aspects,Innovation driven、Balance and coordination、Green ecology、Open and win-win、Sharing Pratt and Whitney、Intensive and efficient promotion speed, which is much faster than that of non-G60 science and technology innovation corridor city.
