First, it was pointed out and analyzed that the stacking and the fixing with space-time between equipment and its function in the traditional architecture. Based on the idea of software function component for information equipment, the new architecture was proposed with the equipment and its function to be separated each other and to be reload-able. Second, main respects were analyzed about the value potentiality of the new architecture. Mathematics programming was concluded for the value potentiality. In the end, expert-marks method and MATLAB fmincon were used. One group parameter was predicted. The value potentiality was calculated and analyzed.
