There definitely exists an innovation process for industrial clusters' development,owing to the affect of political change, evolution and devolution of industries, progress of technologies and society,reginal environment,condition of resouces and competition of the market.It would be critical for us to have an thorough understanding on the life- cycle of industrial clusters and its sections, if we expect a sustainable industrial development. Firstly this paper introduces the concept of industerial cluster,and makes a systematical review over researches of industrial clusters' life-cycle.Then pays atttention to the analysis of productions that concerned,especially that of the industrial clusters' inner dynamism and innovation path.Finally ends up with some constructive suggestions as well as expectation for further research.
