Abstract:With knowledge economy and economic globalization coming, service economy era is closing to us. In china, now knowledge-based services stay in the initial period. However, facing the good chance of abroad transfer, it also has large potential to develop. When we pay attention to the development of knowledge-based services, we should first concern with the quality, since high quality leads to high competitive ability. Through the description and analysis on the conception of knowledge-based services and characteristics of service quality, this paper researches the countermeasures for quality control of knowledge-based services.
