China's enterprises step up to implement "Go-Out policy" to achieve international competitive force. This Paper researches the transnational management of the Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). On the basis of the main problems , strengths and weakness of the international management of Chinese SMEs, the author proposes the transnational management countermeasures of Chinese SMEs.
