Abstract:Based on the structure and characteristic of the exhibition and conference economy system, a customer driven supply chain, which takes customer satisfaction as a guide, begins with the terminal custom demand, focuses on the chain member cooperation, is constructed. Then a model of exhibition and conference information field and supply chain management, which can prccess information data, is advanced. This model is applied to exhibition and conference economy management and marketing communications, and gives the extension solution to the customer driven supply chain. The model bases on the total optimization of supply chain, and gives new thinking patterns and methods to solve the contradiction problem in the development of exhibition and conference economy.
