In order to reestablish corporation reputation and accountability of Chemical Industry, Responsible Care was initiated by ICCA in 1985, and was widely accepted in Chemical Industry globally for 20 years. This article discussed the impacts after Chemical Industry committing to Responsible Care, and analyzed disadvantages and further direction of this program.
