Along with the deepening of China's opening-up policy and the entering to WTO, the employment effects of FDI increasingly becomes an important research topic to scholars. The thesis recognizes that the employment effects of FDI should be a more indirect and long-term effects, and it has the characteristics of space and time by systematically analyzing FDI. Therefore, the thesis analyzes the employment effects from the relevance the long-term dynamic characteristics of FDI.
