Abstract:A t present, consumers are worry about quality of meat-like food. Unreasonable using of veterinary drug residue, fodder additive, food additive and meat of bad animals are point consumers focus on. They rest much more on color and odor in which are easy to identify to judge the quality of meat-like food. Consumers' confidence on price and food label was low. The government must have been improving information promulgation system to prompt producer's behaviors that facilitate safe meat-like food.
