One country or region must continuously adjust and optimize industry structure in order to realize the economic development and continuous economic growth under the condition of market economy. In this thesis we analyze the present economic situation and industry str~Jcture of Jiangxi Province basing on recounting in brief those of China, summarize the questions existing and offer our thought of adjusting industry structure and the countermeasures we should take.
