As a new pattern of economy development, circular economy has gradually becomed the significant rule and strategy of the nation or region. Because of the difference and complementarity of agricultural resources,there are certain mutual superiority and cooperative potential of agricultural development and the trade of agricultural products between the Mainland and Taiwan Region of China. The paper firstly describes the origin and the meaning of the Circular Economy and the Chinese Circular Agriculture briefly, then discusses the current situation and the developing trend of the circular agriculture in the Mainland emphatically. The difference of the development in circular agriculture between both sides of Taiwan straits, the possibility and necessary of the cooperation in the development of the circular agriculture, are also discussed in this paper. The author hopes to offer some references for developing the agricultural circulation economy for both sides of Taiwan straits.
