The financial frangibility is the problem which deserves a scientific and proper reorganization in China's finance reform. By solving the problem, financial risks can be well resolved, and financial crisis can be avoided. This paper focuses on the definition, basic point views, root and external characteristics of financial frangibility in China's finance system, trying to offer a comprehensive solution.
