Abstract:The strategic marketing is an important research realm in the area of marketing since 80's in the 20 century. It is a result that adapt the exterior environment and is inevitable choice of competition. Compared with the traditional tactic marketing, The strategic marketing pay attention to the wholl, overall and long-term result of the marketing activity, pay attention to the business environment and emphase the integration of marketing mix and factor. Thus, most enterprises in our country have no strategic thought and lack of strategic formulation. Under the pressure of competition ,the business practice must be guided by the theory of strategic marketing.
