On the view of architectural enterprise, combining Chinese situation and experience of the management of international project, this article puts forward a new ideas about the management of project, studying the relationships among the enterprise, project and operation, perfecting manager responsibility system and accounting system of project, achieving trinity of time limit of a project, quality and cost in management mechanism, etc.
