Human capital enhancement is necessary to the knowledge economic era. And vocational education and training development is a main tool of human capital enhancement. This paper analyzes the important role of vocational education and training in human capital enhancement by make a study of it. Seeing the important interrelation between human capital enhancement and vocational education and training development in socialist society harmonious development, vocational education and training should be developed in order to enhance human capital in our country.
