Family business plays an important role in both world and China economy. Based on the definition of Succession Planning, this essay examined the CEO's succession plan of Zhejiang privately-run businesses. Two different categories of family business succession plans were distinguished here, emphasis was put on the intra-family business succession planning and its affecting factors. Eventually, this essay also discussed the application of family business planning under Chinese cultural background.
