The current strategies and policies for foreign investment have been playing an active role in promoting the economic development in China. On the fact that basic changes have occurred in the actual economic conditions supporting the current capital introduction theories, from which some negative effects arise, this paper points out the dual effects of foreign investment policies, emphasizes the pressing inevitability for the adjustment of foreign investment strategy, and propose the policy orientation of foreign capital introduction strategy in accordance with question analysis.
