Based on the model of technology learning and technology importing, this paper studies the internal mechanism of spiUover effects of technology on the convergence of economy. The study shows that, under the certain conditions, spillover effects of technology plays important role in the convergence of regional economy. This mechanism is proved in the case of development experience of East of China such as SuNan Area and Taizhou.
