As the houses rented market is developing in China, the issue to straighten out economic benefit relations among various aspects must be solved quickly. Rent is the core of economic issue. This paper makes an inquiry into it from four aspects, and puts forward various kinds of methods to evaluate rent after understanding nature, function, influence elements, and so on, of rent price. Finally a review of various evaluation ways is pointed out.
