Developing the rural economy is the urgent mission of our current national economy and social development. The rural logistics is importance in the rural economy development. But our country rural logistics development is placed in a beginning stage, also lacking to efficiently operating logistics system. This paper presents practicable strategies of setting up the rural logistics systems in foundation of knowing rightly the characteristics of the rural logistics, analyzing objectively its existent problem and its reason.
