This paper selects 54 listed real estate enterprises on Shenzhen and Shanghai stock markets. According to the Factor Analysis principle,this paper has established a mathematical model of 5 main factors and comprehensive score factors which reflect the realistic and potential competitiveness of enterprises in order to evaluate the real estate enterprises' comprehensive competitiveness of our country.
