Abstract:The authors analyzed sorts of effect factors for Chinese dairy consumption. The key of dairy products consumption low was found. It is a long-term and strategic task also. The authors adopted double-log model and panel estimation to forecasting and analyzing the ration between dairy products supply and demand in China, The results showed that the balance of dairy products supply and demand will been destroyed in the future. In order to stimulating the dairy products consumption, the reasonable supply and demand structure of livestock products should been set up as soon as possible in China.
