Developing circular agriculture is a technology-model revolution,which need be protected by high-tech. Though the idea of circular economy has been introduced to China since 1990s, we began to develop circular agriculture only two years ago. This article holds that technology innovation of circular agriculture is a necessary condition of its sustainable development. By the principle of agrotechnical innovation, this paper discusses the main ways of quickening the technology innovation on the ground of existing technology and the practice of technology innovation of circular agriculture.
