Industrial cluster is an effective Spatial organization of regional economy to maintain a sustained competitive advantage and the strategy to cultivate industrial cluster increasingly becomes very important in the development of regional economy. The local government plays an important role in the development of industrial cluster and the role of local government taken to promote the development of industrial cluster is discussed in this paper.
