This paper analyzes main influence factors of economic early warning， using Rough Set theory， makes reduction of knowledge representation system of economic early warning system， and extracts decision rules， gains the important effect factors which influence the result of economic early warning， and helps to make scientific prediction of the development of economic. Using the data of data of Anhui province in the last 15 years and making the substantial evidence analysis， this paper points out the method is a feasible method.
