Our country has been in the new era of transformation of economy growth pattern with the science development view. Based on the science development view and by the request for transforming the way the economy growth takes up， this article analyzes the current insufficiencies in enterprise's achievement appraisal target system through the aspects from resources consumption， environmental effect， technical level to social responsibility， and puts forward the improvement proposal to achievement appraisal target system for enterprises.
