Having the impersonal，scientific，systematic，comprehensive，just and easeful of use thought，this study constructs the enterprise resource plan application evaluation index system from the five aspects of the capability of the ERP system，system operation and correlative regulation，practical use，effectiveness of system use and system application value based on the analytic hierarchy process and the multiple level fuzzy synthetic analysis.The results can theoretically guide the enterprise resource plan application evaluation.
