Abstract:It has been six or seven years since the independent colleges first came into being in our country. However, after close observation of the independent colleges, the author found that there were few partners whose founds were available. This article analyses with examples of the income flow and the input-output results. The problems are caused by two major factors. Firstly, on the part of the investors, they have low input-output benefits and long payback cycle so that they become inactive in investment. Secondly, out of the consideration of their own financial gains, some colleges are not interested in having partners. Some suggestions are put forward.
