According with the case of adopting BT(build-transfer)project model in practice， This paper concluded it to five kinds model. The responsibility of each unit in BT model be summarized. In line with the laws and regulations relate to project construct， to analysis the BT project whether or not be accord with it. It will be reference to select the BT model.
