In the forecasting of future economy index about hainan province， It is very hard to grasp the socioeconomic situation using traditional mathematic model， because that it is very a long term and there are many uncertain factors， this paper successfully use the Benchmarking model to analyze the future economy index of hainan， this method is also suitable to forecast the future economy index of other region.
