Recently， There were lots of big and middle cities were building CBDs in China. To some extent， what they did has some blindness. And， they also aren't conscious of that they are long-term and hard projects. This paper begins with the theory and practice of foreign CBDs， analyses the main characters of them， and puts forward several suggestions for building CBDs in China.
