The advanced technology is an important base of Advanced Manufacturing Base of Zhejiang Province. This paper uses statistics data to analyze the status and problems of market trade and independent innovations applied in acquiring advanced technologies of Zhejiang Province. The analysis shows that the market trade could not meet the requirement of constructing Advanced Manufacturing Base. And among the independent innovation modes， Zhejiang Province has weak capabilities in original innovation and integrated innovation. Therefore assimilating advanced foreign technology will he the best choice.
