Based on the facts， this paper points out that the operations of some large scaled multinational corporations in developing countries (take China and India， the two most populous developing countries in the world as an example) are betraying the commercial ethics， which are unbearable. The author analyzes and explains the underlying reasons for this and suggests some counteimeamiements to solve the problems and to push the multinational corporations to return to ethical operations.
