Consumption is an internal force for economic development and consumption trend reflects people's desire and capability of spending. This paper utlizes statistical series from 1990 to 2004， caculates and analyzes the development of Fuxin residents' consumption trend and discusses the actual problems occured in expenditure， In the end it brings some strategical suggestions.
