Corporate entrepreneurship orientation is an entrepreneurial gesture or inclination.The external environmental condition,entrepreneurial characteristics of entrepreneur and organizational characteristics made up the antecedents of Corporate Entrepreneurship Orientation(CEO).CEO affects the organization performance through two approaches.First,considering the medium-variables such as managerial level,industry characteristics,and environmental uncertainty and so on,there lie indirect and inconsistent relationship between ceo and organizaton performance.And on the other hand,corporate build up entrepreneurial activities under the guidance of the CEO and these activities could have some effect on organization performance.
