Enterprise group is an important organization form of modern enterprise；human capital is the real source of enterprise group to sustain competitive advantage.Decision-making of enterprise group is directly related to its existence and development.This paper analyses the factors affected human capital investment of enterprise group,puts forward a new decision-making model of human capital investment based on fuzzy sets theory,applies it to analyze enterprises' investment decision-making solutions and brings out the new methods of human capital investment.
